EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Each piece is entirely handmade, so slight differences from the images shown may occur. These variations are part of the unique, handcrafted character of each piece.

All pieces are handmade and customized/modified to the customer's specifications, so we do not offer exchanges or returns. This policy is covered by Spanish legislation on personalized products.

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming their size before placing an order.

CHANGES

We only exchange items for another model or replace them if they have manufacturing defects or have arrived damaged. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, please contact info@alrasojewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Once we receive your email, we will review your request and contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

To process your exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The return must be made using the same packaging in which the order was received to protect the product.

If the package is damaged upon delivery by the shipping company, it is important to refuse it. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for replacing it.

When contacting us, please include your order number, product photos, and the reason for the exchange.

WARRANTY

We offer a warranty against demonstrable manufacturing defects, structural defects in the part, and failures in closures or functional elements. In this case, it must be proven that the defect is a manufacturing defect.

Natural changes in materials, such as natural darkening of silver, damage from misuse or normal wear and tear, damage caused by knocks or drops, and alterations made by third parties, are not covered by the warranty.
