Production
All of our pieces are handcrafted , so they may present slight variations from the reference images, whether in the shape or color of the gems.
Order processing
Initial preparation time: 1–2 business days.
If the product is in stock: it is prepared and shipped within 24–72 hours.
If the product is custom-made: processing time is 7–21 business days, plus shipping time.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing at info@alrasojewelry.com. We will do our best to accommodate, although in some cases an additional express shipping fee may apply.
If you've fallen in love with a piece that appears out of stock, don't hesitate to write to us. We can show you similar options. Please note that many of our minerals are unique, and it may not be possible to reproduce the exact same design (size/color). If you're happy to maintain a similar design, we'll discuss available alternatives.
Shipping and tracking
We work with standard postal services and, for international or urgent shipments, with UPS or DHL.
All shipments include a tracking number , which you will receive by email once your package has been shipped. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Orders placed after 12:00 am will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Balearic Islands: €10
Canary Islands: €15
Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: €12.50
France, Italy and Portugal: €12.50
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia: €15
Delivery times (estimated)
National (Spain): 5–10 business days
International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination, courier and customs)
Customs and taxes
⚠️ International shipments may be affected by customs delays. AL RASO is not responsible for these delays.
Any customs fees, taxes, or duties are not included in the price or shipping costs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Responsibility and conditions
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us so we can help you manage it.
Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it, but the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
